'Jill & Jessa: Counting On' Star Jill Duggar: Her Tearful Blog For Son Israel's First Birthday [VIDEO]

"Jill & Jessa: Counting On" star Jill Duggar took to her official blog to wish her son with Derick Dillard, Israel Dillard, a happy first birthday.
The tyke was also sent warm wishes from his grandparents and aunts and uncles from Arkansas.
The Dillard family are currently in Central America, where they are on a religious mission.
Jill Dillard posted on the family's official blog that Israel has been experiencing a lot of first over the past several months.
"On Sunday you got to try cake and ice cream for the first time with a bunch of your friends watching you (you smeared it all over your legs! lol)," Duggar posted.
She added: "You are a handsome little fella, and here in Central America you stand out a little with your blonde hair and blue eyes."
The Dillard's keep in touch with their extended Duggar brood back in Arkansas via Skype.
Jessa Duggar posted a photo of her son Spurgeon in a Skype call with Israel for his birthday on Instagram, wishing her nephew a wonderful day.
"Happy first birthday, Israel! Love & miss you! Wish we could be there to celebrate with you! #happyfirstcakeday," his aunt Jessa wrote on her Twitter, along with a sweet photo.

Israel Dillard's grandparents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar also posted a video for their grandson on Facebook, wishing him a happy birthday.
It also appeared that the couple have been brushing up on their Spanish in order to communicate with their grandson, who is bring brought up bilingual.
"Hola, señor!" joked Jim Bob Duggar to his grandson.
Dillard also noted in a message to her son that "You are walking everywhere now and love to play soccer (fútbol) with your friends. You have seven teeth and the eighth is gonna pop through any day now."
The proud mom also commented that "Your favorite foods are bananas, papaya, and avocados, plus the new treats Grandma C brought for you to try (puffs, and GoGo Squeeze). You have just started pointing and love pointing at all the balloons and streamers we have up in the house. You can say, "mama," "papa," "nur-nur" (when you wanna nurse) and "uh oh," as well as several words in sign language."
