"Nashville" season 4 has seen the return of Juliette (Hayden Panettiere), and things will only get more tense now that she's back.
Juliette and Avery's (Jonathan Jackson) relationship is still in tatters, and it looks like it will only get more torn. A clip teasing the upcoming episode of the series shows Juliette getting jealous of Avery and Layla (Aubrey Peeples) performing together. This comes after what appeared to be a chance at reconciliation.
"I had to watch Avery and Layla grind on stage during sound check," Juliette says in the clip.
It will be worth noting that Avery confided in Layla in a previous episode about his relationship with Juliette. And while Layla's intentions are still uncertain, it would not be far off that she might be taking advantage of her closeness to Avery to intentionally hurt Juliette.
Apart from the drama surrounding the three, fans will also get treated to surprises and tension-filled scenes from Rayna (Connie Britton) and Deacon (Charles Esten). The newlyweds' world will be rocked when they learn that Maddie (Lennon Stella) has run away from home after Deacon stopped her from playing at a bar.

Meanwhile, Luke (Will Chase) will also face a bump on the road when Riff (Steve Kazee) decides to leave the tour. The slot he vacated should be filled, and Juliette could take the job. That is if she can stand being on the road with her ex-husband and Layla.

"Rayna and Deacon will be very distraught Maddie runs away from home, and Juliette is going to get threatened by Avery's connection to Layla. Luke will be forced to find a new artist when Riff disappears, and Autumn will end up driving a wedge between Gunnar and Scarlett."
