ABC TV series “Quantico” premiered Sept. 27 at 10 p.m. and introduced the members of the FBI academy’s newest class. It showcased the destruction by a fledgling agent who staged one of the worst attacks on America since 9/11.
“Quantico” finally returned for the second part of its season on March 6 and many viewers witnessed Priyanka Chopra’s character, Alex Parrish, get closer to finding out who the real bomber is.
In the previous episode of “Quantico,” we found out that Shelby’s parent’s aren’t actually dead. They’ve been alive for the past 15 years and now they want to meet their daughter, but will she agree?
In the upcoming episode 17 called “Care,” according to Shelby’s “sister,” her parents just want a chance to meet and explain what happened. Shelby might not want to, but she’d never forgive herself if she never gets this chance again.
According to ABC’s synopsis of “Care,” it states, “At Quantico, the NATS’ current assignment is to learn about human trafficking when Liam and Miranda challenge them to cross the U.S./Canadian border without passports. Meanwhile, in the future, Simon continues to help Alex (Priyanka Chopra) try to find the terrorist, but doing so puts his own life in great risk.”
Previously on Episode 16, the NATS are given a training exercise that makes Shelby emotional and really wanting to win. While in the future, Alex finds an unlikely ally in Hannah, as she continues to try and stop the terrorist from striking again.
Reports are stating that there will be an addition to “Quantico” soon. According to Bollywood Life, Kelly Rutherford of “Gossip Girl” will join Chopra in the TV series. She will apparently play the role of Laura who is Shelby’s mother, who with her father was supposed to be alive. Rutherford will play a con woman who siphons off money from her daughter.
