While Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have broken up a while back, it looks like they have decided to put their grudges aside to support one another.
Khan, who is usually known for his generosity, has been offering to help other actors promote their films on his show “Bigg Boss.” However, this time, after Kaif’s failure at the box office with “Fitoor,” he apparently offered to help her out with a new movie.
We haven’t seen Khan and Kaif together since their previous film “Ek Tha Tiger,” but now it looks like they’ve booked a new movie again.
Khan has always talked highly of his ex-girlfriend’s dedication and hard work. The two are finally reuniting for a new project, but unfortunately, they will not be sharing the screen space.
“Salman has collaborated with Karan Johar for a film. And if all goes as per the plan, Katrina Kaif and Shushant Singh Rajput will play the lead roles,” said a source to Bollywood Life.
Although Kaif and Khan are not starring in the new movie together, the fact that he decided to put her in his film as one of the leading roles says a lot about their great bond.
Kaif’s “Phantom” and “Fitoor” didn’t do so well at the box office, and her latest movie with ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, “Jagga Jasoos” is being delayed.
With the negative reviews on Kaif’s latest film, Khan is apparently going to help her save her career by taking her under Salman Khan Productions. According to Filmi Beat, he will apparently be producing a film for her.
Khan has been known to give kind gestures and Kaif is well aware that he only means well.
During an interview with the media, Kaif, who is getting ready for the release of “Bang Bang,” admits that Khan is the kind of person who would help anyone, especially when they are in distress.
Khan previously offered Kaif and her co-star Hrithik Roshan to promote their film on his TV show, however, they rejected his offer. Roshan has allegedly decided to skip reality TV show platforms to market the film.
“‘Bigg Boss’ team had approached the team of ‘Bang Bang’ to promote their film during the launch of ‘Bigg Boss’ show, but ‘Bang Bang’ team politely refused it,” said a source to India Today. “The ‘Bang Bang’ team has decided not to promote their film on any TV shows as they feel they can’t recreate the scale of ‘Bang Bang’ on any reality show.”
