New spoilers for "The Originals" season three hinted that Klaus Mikaelson's love interest Cami O'Connell is going to die at the end of episode 19.
Carter Matt reported that the CW released the official synopsis for episode 19, which is titled "No More Heartbreak."
The synopsis hinted Cami is going to have a violent encounter with one of Klaus's enemies and her life is going to hang in the balance.
Klaus is desperate to find a cure and asks both his friends and family to help him save Cami's life.
Freya is going to see if there is a spell that can save her brother's girlfriend while Hayley and Elijah head to the bayou to see if they can find a potential antidote that could heal Cami.
Marcel and Vincent are also going to break into Cami's apartment in the hopes of finding a potential ingredient for Freya's spell in the hopes that it keeps the vampire from dying.
As Klaus and his family try to save Cami's life, Davina is going to confront Lucien about her boyfriend Kol's erratic behavior and discovers heartbreaking information that will change her relationship with the Original forever.
SpoilerTV added that the CW released new promotional images for "No More Heartbreak" and one photo showed a worried Klaus talking to Cami.
It is possible that despite Klaus's best efforts, he will not be able to save the woman he loves and Cami will die at the end of episode 19.
Aside from the possibility of Cami dying, "The Originals" executive producer Michael Narducci told Collider there is a good chance Elijah and Hayley will start dating at the end of season three.
Narducci hinted that Klaus is going to push Elijah and Hayley to admit their feelings for one another. It is possible that Elijah will ask Hayley out on a date at the end of the third season.
"I think Klaus definitely senses that there are feelings between Elijah and Hayley," he said. "He knows how broken-hearted Hayley is now that her husband Jackson is dead. He sees his brother yearning for Hayley, and he sees Hayley yearning for Elijah. I think you will get, at some point in an upcoming episode, a moment where Klaus voices his perspective on that. Klaus is a complicated character, but he's evolving, especially because of the influence Cami has had on his life. I really enjoy Klaus's perspective on what he wants for Hayley, and I think it will make a lot of viewers happy."
"The Originals" season three is currently airing on Friday nights at 9 p.m. ET on the CW.
