"Allegiant" star Theo James has shared how he handles the challenges of being in the entertainment industry and how he conquers his career fears.
The actor's character in the "Divergent" series was nicknamed Four because of the four fears he has. When asked by Forbes if he has fears about his career and how he handles them, the actor said: "You think at some point that you know how to do something or you've done it enough times that it's old hat."
The actor continued: "But in reality, every job, every photoshoot, every interview I've been in, I've learned something from it. So I think that's one thing. Another thing is, you learn that sometimes it's important to take things seriously and act professional. But at the same time, sometimes you need to kind of let it go and say 'f*** it.' Because then you can relax and let go of things."

It appears that while the actor has some fears about where his future is heading, he already had plans in mind should it not work out as he planned.
When asked by The Theologians about his back-up plan, the actor said: "I would have probably been a poor musician," adding jokingly, "I'd definitely do porn as well - but just classy porn, with long storylines. I'd be a Latin dancer."
After his bit in "Divergent," whose final film "Ascendant" will debut next year, James will move on to smaller roles, he said.
"I'm looking forward to doing smaller things for a little bit," the actor told Toronto Sun. "In a way I have less experience with them, so I need to develop myself as an actor and as a person."
Among James' upcoming projects are "War on Everyone," "Underworld: Blood Wars" and "Backstabbing for Beginners."
