One more legal issue for the "Vanderpump Rules" cast has been revealed.
On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Scheana Shay had been sued by her neighbor for the excessive drug use going on in her apartment.
"Scheana lives in a fancy L.A. high rise apartment, and a guy who shares a wall with her says his unit's been inundated by marijuana clouds drifting from her crib. He ain't happy about the contact high," the site stated.
They added, "According to his lawsuit ... his spouse and young kids are getting nauseous from the smoke, and he's fed up with the noise that goes down when Scheana turns up."
That is not all Scheana is being sued for. Her neighbor is also suing her, because of her cat, which her neighbor claims attracts bugs and ants, since Scheana leaves it outside with its food.
Scheana's neighbor is, allegedly, suing both Scheana and the apartment's management staff for damages and a discount on his rent.
This is not the only legal case for the "Vanderpump Rules" cast. Last year, during filming for season 4, Jax Taylor was arrested for shoplifting, due to stealing an expensive pair of sunglasses on the cast's trip to Hawaii.
After the arrest, Jax and Scheana's SUR boss, Lisa Vanderpump, spoke out about the shoplifting case.
"I can't believe it. Jax has gotten himself arrested," Lisa explained in one of her Bravo blogs for "Vanderpump Rules" season 4. "Jax just had the vacation of his life, why does he have to go and screw it up in the last hour? He's always pushing boundaries, and now it has kind of bitten him in the a**."
Scheana has yet to speak out about the suit against her.
Season 5 of "Vanderpump Rules" is expected to return later this year on Bravo.
