Zac Efron and Sami Miro have become open to the public with their relationship and even celebrated their one-year dating anniversary together recently. After confirming that they are a couple, they have been showing a lot more PDA.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen Efron and Miro together in public, but they recently made an appearance together at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.
Efron brought in a lot of attention on Sunday evening with his oversized, patchwork denim jacket. He was wearing the first-ever piece from Miro’s eponymous line, named Sami Miro Vintage), which launched on April 12.
“When Zac asked me to style him for the MTV Movie Awards, I started going to showrooms and pulling pieces that were awesome, but I just had this very specific idea in mind,” said Miro to Refinery29 about how the new collection started. “So I started designing and sketching ideas for his outfit, and that turned into this reconstructed denim bomber made from all-vintage recycled patches.”
Miro added that some of the segments came from a throw pillow on her own thrifted denim couch.
“When I created it and showed it to him, he was really excited about it, and that’s when [I] realized this is exactly what I’ve been wanting Sami Miro Vintage to be,” said Miro.
Efron and Miro have been going strong for a while, and after confirming that they are dating, new rumors circulated that the “Neighbors” actor wants to get married to his girlfriend soon.
Reports made rounds that the couple are thinking about taking their relationship to the next level. Efron and Miro have previously admitted that their relationship is definitely getting serious and many fans are wondering with the actor will eventually pop the question. However, Miro revealed that they are in no rush to get married, adding that they are enjoying life as it is.
Not only have we seen pictures of the two all over Instagram, but it’s clear that Efron loves to show support for Miro. He recently retweeted a post that his girlfriend made on Twitter, advertising her new video series on Elle.com, “The Perfect.”
