KIM Kardashian suffered an awful experience when she was in Paris for Fashion Week recently.
Held at gunpoint, tied up and locked in a bathroom, Kanye West's wife was reportedly robbed of nearly $10 million worth of jewellery.
Having since taken some much-needed time off from her busy work schedule and social media commitments, Kris Jenner's daughter has been centre of much speculation.
But it seems the one of the worst reactions so far has come in the form of a Halloween costume.
A fancy dress website called Costumeish.com has outraged loads of people after they uploaded a 'Parisian Heist Robbery Victim Costume Kit' costing $69.99.
The kit comes complete with a "fake gag", "rope" and the 35 year old's iconic diamond engagement ring.
The website didn't actually refer to it as Kim, but the description details all match those about the robbery that have been reported so far.
And of course, the public are hugely offended by costume.
A Twitter user said: "The fact that people have made a Halloween costume based on Kim Kardashian being held at gun point is absolutely disgusting."
Another added: "The Kim Kardashian victim Halloween costume is wrong on sooooooo many levels."
There were thousands of comments that expressed the same distaste in the costume.
However, after such backlash, the website has decided to remove the costume from their website.
According to TMZ, the site has agreed to refund the six people who bought it.
French law enforcement officials have confirmed that Kim was gagged and her hands were tied behind her back while five suspects scanned her hotel room for goods.
The family have also confirmed that Keeping Up With The Kardashians filming has been put on hold.
In a statement they said: “Kim’s well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when we will resume production.
"All of us at E! are incredibly thankful that Kim Kardashian West is safe, and we send her and her family our love and support."
Following the incident a spokesperson said: “Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers.
"She is badly shaken but physically unharmed."
