Prince George is growing up! The two-and-a-half-year-old royal tot started nursery school yesterday, and thanks to photos taken by Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, we get to see just how adorable he looks.
George is attending Westacre Montessori School in Norfolk, near his family’s home at Anmer Hall. Prince William and Kate, both 33, took George to school for his first day.
Unlike William’s first day of school, there were no photographers in sight. Instead, Kate snapped a few photos of George in a blue John Lewis coat and adorably tiny blue backpack to share with the media.

In this handout image taken by his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George attends his first day at the Westacre Montessori nursery school near Sandringham in Norfolk on January 6, 2016 in King's Lynn, England.
"It went well," a source told People.
Previously, a source said that William and Kate "want to educate their children initially up there” (in Norfolk, not London).
"They looked at a few schools and they thought it was the best for place George. They felt in terms of education, the feeling, the teachers and the location – the whole thing made it the ideal fit for him," the source said.
"There's no set format, but it will be roughly around a couple of days a week.”
