"Once Upon A Time" season 5B really had fans swooning over Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) and Captain Hook's (Colin O'Donoghue) love story, especially after Emma said that she would "rather die" than not be with him.
Show creator Edward Kitsis said that Captain Swan shippers should feel really good about Emma's statement.
"Emma said she'd 'always find him,' and I think we know by now that she's a woman of her word," Kitsis told ET Online.
His co-creator Adam Horowitz agreed. "They're going to the underworld to find him. I think that shows some sort of dedication," he said.
As for Regina Mills (Lana Parilla) and Robin Hood (Sean Maguire), the showrunners said that their relationship is "definitely going to be tested."
"They are there to support their friends, and has a lot of unfinished business down there and Robin is going to be there to be at her side," shared Kitsis.
Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) is also in a bad place in terms of his relationship with Belle, especially since he absorbed the powers of the Dark One once again. However, Kitsis and Horowitz are telling fans not to lose hope on their love.
"He has learned something," Kitsis said. "I think that if fans are like, 'Oh, are they going to do the same thing again?' - absolutely not. He's learned a lot."
"At the core of the beauty and the beast story, there is hope and there is love," he continued. "I think that's always going to be there with the two of them, no matter how rocky and difficult things get. Yeah, they get tested, but I think we're going to see them both grow in different ways, and whether that means it'll be easy or hard - you're just going to have to watch to find out."
"Once Upon a Time" airs every Sunday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
