"Once Upon A Time" is all about true love and happy endings, with some road blocks and detours along the way.
But it has been a while since a proposal and wedding took place so fans are eagerly waiting to find who will be the next couple to tie the knot.
Will it be Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) and Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) or will it be Regina Mills (Lana Parilla) and Robin Hood (Sean Maguire)?
Show creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis said that as much as they would love their characters to find happiness in marriage, a wedding is not going to happen anytime soon.
"Not this year, but maybe someday," Horowitz told ET Online. "We love weddings! We started the show with one, so it's always a special part of this series."
So far the most stable relationship in the show is that of Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) and Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin).
When asked what makes their marriage work, Dallas answered, "It's true love, pure and simple, so you can't get better than that."
Horowitz added that Charming and Snow will even find themselves getting closer to one another during and after their journey to the Underworld.
"I would say that the journey to the underworld brings them together in a very, very close and meaningful way," Horowitz said. "And they're going to realize very quickly that it was not a journey to be taken lightly, so I think their love shines through."
Meanwhile, Kitsis said during a different interview that fans should never give up believing that Rumple and Belle will also have their happily ever after.
"At the core of the beauty and the beast story, there is hope and there is love," he said. "I think that's always going to be there with the two of them, no matter how rocky and difficult things get."
"Once Upon a Time" airs every Sunday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
