"Pretty Little Liars" star Shay Mitchell has shared her thoughts about the hit Freeform series' end.
In an interview with Glamour, the actress said that she doesn't want to say that season 7 will be the show's last, but if it does end after the current season she would be upset.
"I'm not going to say anything is the end," Mitchell, who has been playing the role of Emily for six seasons now, said. "Never say never... You never know what could happen in Rosewood."
The actress continued: "Although that's what was said, I don't know if that's really going to be the ending. When it does come to an end, I'll be extremely upset. Counting down the episodes is going to be insane — I've spent my twenties on this show."
Mitchell's co-star Lucy Hale teased during an appearance on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" that the show will end with the seventh season.

"We've been doing [the show] for six years," she said. "I've literally spent my twenties on the show, and I think all good things must come to end."
When asked about how she would like the fan-favorite series to end, the actress said: "I used to say I wanted the show to end walking away in the sunset, all happy, living an A-free life. Like no drama. But I don't. I want it to end tragically."
Meanwhile, Mitchell also shared her delight over the audience's reception of the show's LGBT arc.
"It's nice that lately I've been asked the old questions less and less: What's it like to kiss a girl?" she said. "What I had always hoped for at the beginning of shooting is that I wouldn't get asked those questions. No one's asking Lucy Hale what it's like to kiss Ian Harding. I really feel there's been a change in the last year."
