"Sister Wives" was to return to TLC for a season seven of the hit series starring the polygamist Brown family. But have their recent family scandals put them at risk for cancellation?
TLC has still not confirmed if there will be a season seven of the hit reality television show that chronicles the life of Kody Brown and his sister wives, Christine, Meri, Janelle and Robyn Brown.
The family has not officially commented if they are indeed filming new episodes on their social media accounts. In fact, most of the family's social media posts have been about everything other than the show!
Meri Brown tweets inspiration quotes on Twitter.

Janelle Brown is busy with her work as a real-estate agent in the Las Vegas area.
Christine Brown fills her social media pages with photos of the extended Brown family.
Robyn Brown has laid low on social media, save for a few posts about her newest addition, baby Ariella.
Since Meri Brown's catfishing affair scandal, the family has been divided emotionally.
Husband Kody Brown reportedly continues to spend more time with newest wife Robyn Brown and their youngest children Soloman and Ariella than his other "spiritual wives."
A report by Radar Online claims that "Janelle has told the family that she wants to focus full-time on her real estate career."
The magazine also reported that Janelle Brown plans to use her career to become financially stable so she can leave her husband once and for all, the report claims.
"The idea that the Browns are a polygamist family is laughable at this point," continued the source to the gossip news site.
"Janelle, Meri and Christine all have one foot out the door," they revealed of the family's continued internal issues since the distrust that befell the clan after Meri Brown distanced herself from the family and Kody Brown legally made Robyn Brown his wife.
There is no confirmation from TLC that season seven of "Sister Wives" is filming now, despite the fact that at the conclusion of season six's "Sister Wives: Tell All," host Tamron Hall hinted that there would be a season seven of the series.
