Things are about to get emotional on the new Lifetime reality series.
In a sneak peek of the new episode of "The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition," show counselor Dr. Debbie informs the group of the theme of this week's episode.
"We're going to look at little things that have created major relationship resentment," Dr. Debbie explained.
Heidi Montag and mom Darlene Egelhoff open up about what has gone down in their relationship. Heidi brings up some issues that happened at her wedding to husband Spencer Pratt, and they are clearly too much for Heidi to talk about.
"My wedding was torn a part by family fighting," Heidi said before breaking down. "I just felt so wronged."
This episode will also be hard for Courtney Stodden and her mother. Later in the preview, Courtney's mom is confronted with the fact that she previously sold stories about her daughter to the tabloids.
Courtney, however, will have much more to deal with than just the strained relationship with her mom. At the end of the clip, Courtney reveals that she is having some medical issues.
"Oh my God. I'm feeling like I'm gonna pass out," Courtney said, before being taken away in an ambulance.
The episode will be emotional for all of the stars. In Us Weekly's promo of episode two, Dr. Debbie has the cast visiting fake tombstones of their loved ones.
Shar Jackson must visit a gravestone with her daughter's name on it, which immediately causes her to break down.
"This exercise is absolutely my worst nightmare ever," Kevin Federline's ex said.
For more of Heidi, Courtney, Shar and the rest of the cast, tune in to "The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition," which airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
