If you've been keeping up with "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" season four, then you know that reality newbie Scrap DeLeon is facing time behind bars.
So far on the show Scrapp hasn't revealed the nature of the crimes he's being charged for, nor has he been able to give his family a definitive answer as to how many years he's facing in prison.
Presently Scrapp has already settled into prison, and we just learned that the rising LHHATL star may be locked up for a whole lot longer than the few months to a year like how he hinted at on a recent episode of the VH1 reality show.
According to RadarOnline, Scrapp, whose real name is Will Cortez Robinson, is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for marijuana trafficking charges stemming all the way back to May 2014. He was initially found guilty in January of 2016 and begun his sentence as of March.
Although Scrapp was sentenced to 20 years, court documents revealed the rapper and music producer will only have to spend the first five years "in confinement" while the rest of his sentence will be served on probation.
Aside from time away from his family, the 28-year-old was also fined $100,000 for his crimes, which totaled up to a whopping $175,000 after court fees and other expenses were included. Following his first five years in prison, Scrap will also be responsible for paying $32 per month for probation.
Here's to hoping the ladies in Scrapp's life, his girlfriend Tommie and son's mother Tiarra, can manage to get along and keep him uplifted during his duration of his sentence.
Scrapp may be away for now, but in the meantime keep up with him on "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" season four every Monday night at 8 p.m. on VH1.
