One Direction member Louis Tomlinson shares a son with stylist Briana Jungwirth. It appears the two are on good terms, but there have been numerous rumors painting Jungwirth's family as opportunists. Jungwirth's cousin, Ashley, has finally broken her silence on behalf of the family.
Speaking with CelebsNow, Ashley said their lives have been "ruined" since it became known to the public that Tomlinson and Briana became close while the 1D member was still with model Eleanor Calder.
"We've all had photographers waiting outside our houses and trying to follow us to Briana," she said, adding, "People were getting into all our personal space. It wasn't comfortable. It was intense and not something we're used to."
Ashley also refuted rumors that there is a custody battle going on between Tomlinson and Briana and set the record straight about Briana's support demands.

"That's not the case, and there's nothing negative between them," Ashley said. "They're co-parenting and doing a great job at it."
As for the financial support, Ashley said, "She's asking for a reasonable amount and is living a good life."
She also admitted that Tomlinson's family, unfortunately, believes what they're painted as in the media, and so even though Tomlinson and Briana have no problems co-parenting, their families have not exactly come together for baby Freddie.
Ashley's remarks come a few days after Tomlinson made his relationship with actress Danielle Campbell Instagram official. The two have been spotted several times in public in the past but have never confirmed their relationship until now.
While Ashley did not mention in the interview whether their family agrees with Campbell seeing Freddie, a source close to them reportedly told SugarScape that they would rather she stay away from the baby.
"Briana thinks Louis is a good dad and wants him to see Freddie, but she's not happy he's introduced their son to Danielle," the source said. "She doesn't want the baby spending time with someone who might not be around foever. Briana's main concern is Freddie's happiness. It's a fraught situation."
