"Stitchers" season 2 will be awkward for Kirsten (Emma Ishta) and Cameron (Kyle Harris).
The two appeared to be on the brink of getting together, but it seems like Cameron has had a change of heart. In the next episode of the Freeform series, Cameron will introduce her new girlfriend to Kirsten, and it's going to be awkward.
In a clip teasing the upcoming episode, Cameron tells his new girlfriend that he's nervous about introducing her to his workmate, perhaps because he was in love with her but also because has an emotional displacement disorder, and she can hardly control the things she says.
"She's just socially awkward," Cameron says.
Even with Cameron's warning, the two's meeting was still awkward.

Prior to Harris's character getting a new girlfriend, the actor teased the change that was looming between Cameron and Kirsten in an interview with Fangirlish.
"He's got a little pep in his step this year," Harris said. "I feel like he stared death in the face and came out alive on top. So he's kind of like, What can I do?'"
Speaking of the character's relationship with Kirsten, the actor said: "He's able to come into his own with his relationship with Kirsten and where he stands there. He's not as timid about his feelings towards her. He's kind of put the ball in her court like, 'Look, you've seen what's inside of my memories. I can only imagine that you saw what the audience saw. Now, what are you going to do about that?"
In terms of the character as a person, Harris also said that Cameron will start to have a fearless quality about him.
"I think on Cameron's end, it's just a matter of 'I have nothing left to lose at this point,'" the actor told Zap2it.
