'Teen Mom OG' Season 5 SPOILERS: Maci Bookout Shocked By Ex Ryan Edwards At Son's Party

One "Teen Mom OG" star is in for a pleasant surprise.

In MTV's new sneak peek of the upcoming episode of "Teen Mom OG," Maci Bookout celebrates her son Bentley's seventh birthday with a party. An Instagram photo from the big day is posted below.

 today my first baby turned 7! bentley, thank you for bringing true love into my heart, for making me a fighter, and for giving me the confidence to teach you the way of the world. i love you so deeply, more than you will ever ever know. i am so blessed that God chose me to be your mother. Maci then notices that her ex-boyfriend and father of Bentley, Ryan Edwards, actually shows up to this family function.

"Today is Bentley's birthday, and I'm glad Ryan showed up," Maci said in the clip.

In past episodes of "Teen Mom OG," Maci has been frustrated with Ryan for skipping out on family events and time with his son Bentley. During the 2016 premiere of "Teen Mom OG," Maci and new fiancé Taylor McKinney invited Ryan to a mud race with the family, which Ryan ended up bailing on.

"I think we keep trying to inviting him, because when he does show up, it's good for Bentley," Taylor said about inviting Ryan to family functions. "It's good for him to see us all as a family."

"It's like seven years later, and it's still the same," Maci said about Ryan bailing on the race.

However, Ryan does show up to Bentley's party, which Bentley is ecstatic about.

Ryan then makes the party even better, when he gives Bentley his birthday gift, because Ryan got Bentley a robot that he wanted.

Bentley ends up having such a great time with Ryan, that he even asks Maci if he can stay with Ryan and Ryan's mom Jen for the night, which Maci agrees to.

The new episode of "Teen Mom OG," titled "Skeletons in the Closet," airs Monday, Feb. 1, at 10 p.m. on MTV.
