"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 11, titled "Unbreak My Heart" will focus on the relationship between Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew).
The synopsis for the episode teases: "The evolution of April and Jackson's relationship is revealed through a series of flashbacks dating back to when they first met. Simultaneously, we follow the years-long progress of one of Jackson's patients."
A promo for the upcoming episode also teases the tension between the two.
"When did you decide that you were done?" April asks in the clip.
Jackson answers, "You left me."
The clip ends with Jackson saying during couple's therapy that he regrets that he and April got married.

Drew teased the episode in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, saying: "It was so much fun to shoot, an epic journey and every actor's dream basically. It's one of those special episodes."
And there will be more to come, the actress added.
"There's some big stuff coming up for April," Drew said. "It's been an exhausting season for me — I'll just say that. It's exciting and it's artistically and deeply satisfying."
Judging from the promo, it seems like it will be the end for Jackson and April. But Drew says there still might be some hope for the two.

"As long as they're alive, there is always hope," she said. "No matter what, they really, desperately love one another. Circumstances have torn them to pieces have torn them to pieces and they have not been able to, thus far, help one another through those things. They're in a really rough spot, but there is always hope."
"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 11, "Unbreak My Heart," will air Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
