After watching Kaitlyn Bristowe go on a roller coaster ride for eight weeks on “The Bachelorette” with lots of drama between she and the contestants, we finally got to see her pick her fiancé. Bristowe chose Shawn Booth, and it seemed as if she’d made the right choice.
While some relationships would have failed at this point, where “The Bachelorette” is over, Bristowe and Booth continue to go strong as they keep their spark alive. But it looks like some people are still skeptical about their relationship.
The couple has been engaged for about a year now, and fans are surprised that they haven’t gotten married yet.
The couple continues to dodge the question of “when is the wedding?” and Booth recently told a fan that they are taking it slow.
Bristowe previously tweeted, “To the writers of gossip magazines: Do you guys feel stupid being wrong all the time? Sincerely, Kaitlyn and Shawn.”
Bristowe and Booth have been maintaining a strong relationship while getting back into their normal routine of living life together, but it looks like they're already set to tie the knot.
Bristowe and Booth will be celebrating their one-year engagement in May, and although they have yet to set a date, she hinted that they are thinking about it.
According to Star Plus, last week, Bristowe celebrated her fiancé's sister, Meghann Booth’s birthday in Nashville. The former “Bachelorette” shared the day’s festivities with her fans on social media in one of her Snapchat pictures, where she hinted that she’s ready to be Meghann’s sister-in-law “soon.”
“Soon we will be sistas...” Bristowe captioned her Snapchat.
"We were so excited to be normal,” said Bristowe to People magazine. “For so long [while the show was airing], we were separated and told we couldn’t do this or do that. It was the most exciting thing in the world when we could go on our first date together!”
Bristowe and Booth are currently settling into their new home in Nashville.
