Now that Ben Higgins is happily engaged to Lauren Bushnell, JoJo Fletcher, who was the runner-up on the season finale, was recently announced as the new “Bachelorette” for 2016.
Fans were excited to hear that Fletcher will be searching for love on the TV show, and we're already getting some inside scoop into the new season.
People magazine recently got the first look at the official poster for the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette.” It shows Fletcher laying down while wearing a sparkly red gown complemented by raining rose petals. The poster reads, “From Ben to 26 new men.”

Fletcher also talked about her experience on Higgins’ season, admitting that it helped her realize what she really wants in a man.
“The conclusion was that it happened, I was lucky to have gone through that, I learned so much and now I know what I want and I know what I deserve,” said Fletcher, adding that she wants “someone who makes me laugh, someone who is kind and genuine and adventurous.”
“I want to find my husband,” said Fletcher. “I want to find the person who will complete me and who will love me as much as I love him. I’m more ready that ever!”
“The Bachelor” creator Mike Fleiss has been tweeting a few spoilers about the reality TV show and he recently revealed that one of the contestants might not be in it for the right reason.
We’re already hearing about some drama on the new season of “The Bachelorette,” and Fleiss just teased that another heartache might be on the horizon. He took to Twitter on Monday to reveal that the men competing for Fletcher’s heart don’t have the best intentions.
“Not sure all the guys are here for the right reason. JoJo is very smart. She’ll make good decisions... #TheBachelorette,” tweeted Fleiss. [sic]
According to Reality Steve, Fletcher appears to have taken a liking to Jordan Rodgers, but this might not be a good thing.
“Doesn’t mean she’ll end up with him in the end because there’s still plenty of time left and anything can happen,” wrote Steve. “But lets just hope she doesn’t end up with Jordan. This will not end well for her.”
Fleiss previously revealed that this season’s contestants are some of the “hottest” men in “Bachelorette” history. A lot of the female crew members on Fletcher’s season can’t even get over how hot these men are.
“According to out female crew member, this is one of the hottest casts we’ve ever had. #makeamericahotagain,” tweeted Fleiss.
Now we really can’t wait until the season premiere to meet all the contestants.
